    • Table 4 show the distribution of respondents based on the subject taught. 1% of the respondents teach Business Studies, Home Economics, Computer, and Technical Drawing. Also, 2% of the respondents taught Further Mathematics, Marketing, Music, C.R.S and Chemistry. Also, 3% of the respondents taught P.H.E, Commerce, French and I.R.S. 4% and 5% of the respondent taught Geography, Lit-in-English, Financial Accounting, Government, Physics, Biology, Social Studies, Yoruba and Basic Science. 6% and 7% of the respondent indicated that they taught Civic Education, Agricultural Science, Economics and Mathematics. While, 9% of the respondents indicated that they teach English Language.
      Research Question 1: What are the Level of Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers?
      Section two of levels of teacher job satisfaction questionnaire were scored in such a way that when a respondent ticks” highly satisfied’’, the respondent is scored 5, “ satisfied” was scored 4, “Average” was scored 3, while “Dissatisfied” was scored 2 and “Highly dissatisfied’’ is scored 1. The resulting scores were added up to build a measure of the levels of satisfaction of their job as teachers. Table 5 below presents a set of descriptive statistics of the respondents on the levels of satisfaction of their job as teachers.
      Table 5 presents a descriptive analysis that shows the responses of respondent on level of Satisfaction of their Job as a teacher. 8% of the respondent indicated that they are highly satisfied with their Job. 54% indicated that they are satisfied with their Job as a teacher. 26% indicated that the level of their Job satisfaction is average. 6% of the respondents indicated that they are Dissatisfied and Highly Dissatisfied with their Job. Because, higher percent of the respondents which constitute 54% of the respondent indicated it they are satisfied with their job. We can therefore conclude that Secondary school teachers in Kwara State are satisfied with their job.
      Research Question 2: What are the Socio-Economic factor that determined jobs satisfaction?
      To answer the research question, section 2 of the socio-economic factors that determined activates job satisfaction of the teachers’ questionnaire were scores in such a way that when respondent ticks “Salary’’, the respondent is  5,” Promotion’’ is scored 4,” Leave’’ is scored while “Motivational talks’’ is scored 2 and “ Recognition’’ is scored 1. The resulting scores are added up to build a measure of the following factors that motivates them most. Table 4.6 below presents a set of descriptive statistics of the respondents factors at motivates them most.
