      SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
      INTRODUCTION
      This chapter presents the summary of the overall study. It presents the objective, methodology, major finding, conclusion and recommendation.
      SUMMARY
      The main purpose of this study is to find out the determinants of job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State. The sample used for the study consisted of 14 secondary schools in Moro Local Government Area, Kwara State. Using simple random sampling technique, 100 respondents were used for the study. The instrument used for collecting data and information necessary for these studies were collected through questionnaire which were divided into two sections. The objectives of the study include;
      i.     Identify the level of job satisfaction of school teacher
      ii.     Examine the socio-economic factor that determined jobs satisfaction
      iii.     Determine of the factor that contribute to teacher job satisfaction
      iv.     Investigate the coping strategies adopted by teacher in managing their job satisfaction
      Finally, the data collected was subjected to various statistical treatment analysed as described in chapter four of this study.
      SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
      The following  findings were drawn from the study:
      i.    The study finds that majority of teachers are highly satisfied with their job satisfaction.
      ii.    It was also found out that most of the teachers prefer salary as sources of motivation.
      iii.    It was a revealed that certain percentages of teacher were highly satisfied with their job situation.
      iv.    It was also find that majority of teachers are satisfied with their working environment.
      CONCLUSIONS
      The determinants of job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State has been revealed by this research work. The behaviour gets influenced by the attitudes that teacher carry in their minds and it is these attitudes only which turn out to be indicators of potential problem that education at the secondary school teachers encounter. Working environment, counseling programme, rewards, career services, welfare facilities, salary payment, promotion, motivation talks and recognition help in enhancing job satisfaction levels of teachers. In order to excel in work, teacher must enjoy satisfaction at all levels.
      RECOMMENDATIONS
      The following recommendations were made;
      1.    Government should develop positive attitude towards education at the grassroots which serves as a foundation of all individuals’ academic process.
      2.    Government should formulate policy that motives teachers teaching and learning.
      3.     Government should motivate secondary school teachers with timely and regular payment of salary.
      4.     Teacher number in the staff rooms should reduce to aid effective situation of their teaching subject.
      5.    Government should collaborate with in providing recognition, involving teachings in decision making and prompt payment making and prompt payment of salaries and promotion to secondary and schools teachers.
