PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION OF DATA
This chapter dwells on the presentation, analysis and discussion of data. The descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze data collected.
4.1 Analysis of Respondents’ Characteristics
A study of table 2 reveals that 82 (82.35%) respondents were female while 18 (17.65%) were male. This implies that there are more female teachers in Ilorin South Local Government Area schools as compared to male teachers. This is a common characteristic of the workforce in the Kwara State Ministry of Education.
