    • Importance of Learners’ Opinion of Teachers Human and Interpersonal Comparative and their Academic Performance.
The concept of human relation is inevitable in educational management. It has been defined from various perspectives by different authorities. For instance, Oxford Advanced learner’s Dictionary sees human relation as a close connection between two or more persons. It expresses ways in which people or persons are united and the effect which they have on each other Moreover, for the teachers to play their roles of the performing the school’s objective and goals creditably, certain qualities and skills must be played These skills according to ljiaya, N.Y.S.S (1995), include human and interpersonal relation skills, cognitive skills, teaching skills and reflective skill. Human relation and interpersonal relation strategies refer to those affective qualities which are capable of ensuring cardinal or tension free relationship. These include openness, empathy, fairness, firmness and motivational skills, communication skills (e.g listening skills, non-verbal communication skills) etc.
Similarly, Bojuwaye (1996) defined interpersonal comparative as the total connectedness and cooperativeness the exist between the leader and subordinate to carryout their responsibility for performing the organizational goals. Furthermore, education for human and interpersonal comparative implies the development of mutual understanding among all people. It involves the development of an attitude of appreciation for all people irrespective of their customs, traditions, ideas, beliefs, weakness and strength. It is an awareness that different from those not necessarily mean better than or worse than. In an equal manner, Magobon and Odeyemi (2001) in a paper presentation, said human incorporates interpersonal comparative and this has to do with positive pattern of behavior necessary to possess by officers in public and private organizations. These behavior patterns include courtesy, respect, greeting, good and appropriate language usage.
The teachers’ human and interpersonal relations skills is the social interaction taking place among himself and learners parents to exhibit keen or  cordial interest and confidence in themselves and  find pleasure in working or teaching learning in a happy school environment.
Olaniyi (1992), asserted on the whole, the group members enjoy friendly relations with each other, the teacher obtain considerable job satisfaction difficulties.
Learners Opinion of Effective Use of Instructional Materials
The wide native of teaching demands the use of instructional material both audio and visual, which are very importance part of effective teaching and learning today. Adebisi (2004), depend on instructional material as a device that may be used by a human instructor or a teacher. While Fadeiye (1996), in his opinion referred to instructional materials as teaching aids which the teacher could to convey ideas, information, message, Knowledge about things to his learners. The teaching of the teacher could be instructional materials, but instructional materials cannot substitute the teacher.
Kinder (1999), in his book audio-visual material and technique maintained that “a variety of teaching materials used in proper balance produces best learning result” there is no doubt that audio-visual material (instructional material) are becoming more relevant today because researchers have shown that learning is a complex affair and that instructional material are vital to effective and meaningful teaching and learning. Instructional material helps the teacher in reducing the amount of talking which may bore the learners down.
Instructional materials are of different type which includes shape and colours. Some of them are stationary (Immovable) while others are movable. Some chalkboards are stationary. Some sporting materials or pieces of apparatus like the ladder, are stationary while audio-visual materials like television, radio, cinema, films, books, pictures, photographs, wall maps, tape recorders, globes and many more are movable.
However, there are some guiding principles which are necessary to follow in selecting and using various instructional materials. Fadeiye (1996), identified suitability and appropriation to the age level and ability of the learners. Instructional materials should not contain too many pieces of information which may confuse the learners in consequence of their complexity.  Rather they should be simple, understandable and capable of being easily manipulated. They should be attractive enough to captivate the interest and attention of the learners. He added further that the audio-visual (materials) like TV, computer, radio, tape recorders, film strips and slide must have clear and audible sounds Teacher must ensure that the instructional aids are up-to-day, recent and not outdated. The adolescents are concrete thinkers, therefore, instructional material should commence from concrete to abstract, known to unknown and simple to complex
Commenting on the usefulness or importance of instructional material, Awoniyi (1998) said, indeed experience and opinion has proved that these educational hard wares cannot only simplify many aspects of study but can quicken the interest and experiences of the learners. Ever since, innumerable research findings have shown that audio-visual materials contribute to learners understanding, habit, skills motivation and interest rate. Instructional materials help to bridge the communication gap between the teachers to make their lesson more explanatory to their learners. Instructional material create high degree of interest which is necessary in stimulating learning, learners are usually interested in things that they can see, hear, smell and touch.
