      Above shows that: 27 (45%) of learners expressed that monitoring are regular that influence their academic progress, 23 (38%) of learner expressed average monitoring is given during examination, 10 (17%) of learners expressed that little or no monitoring is given concerning their academic progress.


      Above table indicates 32. (53%) of  learners expressed that the teachers’ mastery of subject matter and curricular goals addressed most objectives in details and understood by the teachers 22 (37%) of expressed that teachers’ mastery of subject matter reflects clearly that understanding by the teachers, 6 (10%) of learners expressed that teachers. mastery of subject matter and curricular goals in planning address most understanding.
