      SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
      This chapter presents summary and conclusion drawn from the research carried out on financial resource allocation and principal administrative effectiveness in public secondary school in OkeEro Local Government Area, Kwara State. Recommendations are also made   based on the findings of the study
      Summary
      This study was carried out to determine the relationship between financial resource allocation and principal administrative effectiveness in public secondary school in Oke-Ero Local Government Area, Kwara State. The financial resource allocation was examined in terms of hand work, school administration, Parent Teacher Association levies and philanthropist donation. Financial Resource Allocation Questionnaire (FRAQ) and Principal Administrative Effectiveness Questionnaire (PAEQ) were used to gather information from the respondents. Literature was reviewed on the variables of the study. One main hypothesis and four operational hypotheses were formulated and statistically tested using inferential statistics of Pearson product moment correlation statistic at 0.05  level of significance. One hundred respondents were selected comprising of school principals and teachers. The summary of the findings were follows
      1.    There was  significant relationship between financial resource allocation and principal administrative effectiveness in public secondary school in OkeEro Local Government Area, Kwara State
      2.    There was significant relationship between Hand Work and principal administrative effectiveness in senior secondary school in Oke-Ero Local Government Public senior secondary schools.
      3.    There was significant relationship between school administration and principal administrative effectiveness in Oke- Ero local Government public senior secondary schools.
      4.    There was significant relationship between Parent Teacher Association levies and principal administrative effectiveness in Oke-Ero Local Government Public senior secondary schools.
      5.    There was significant relationship between philanthropist donation and principal administrative effectiveness.
      Conclusion
          This study has shown that financial resource allocation has a positive and significant relationship with principal administrative effectiveness in public secondary school in OkeEro Local Government Area, Kwara State. This implies that financial resource allocation  in the  areas of  hand work, school administration, Parent Teacher Association levies and philanthropist donation will go a long way in improving  and standardizing principal administrative effectiveness in schools.
          In addition to this, financial mismanagement is commonly persistent in secondary schools as a result of improper use of financial control measures. Internal auditing can be used effectively and efficiently to control finances and the funds generated in secondary schools for the attainment of educational goals.
      Recommendations
                  The following recommendations were made to enhance financial resource allocation and to improve principal administrative effectiveness in public secondary school in Oke-Ero Local Government Area, Kwara State
      1.    School principals should endeavour to introduce different hand work to the system that will serve as sources of fund to run any administrative activities on time without relying on government.
      2.    School principals, teachers both teaching and non-teaching staff should endeavour to work collectively to attain the stipulated goals and objectives of the education.
      3.    Parent Teacher Association should be effective and efficient to the extent of ensuring facilities are provided to the school so that teaching and learning of their children could be going smoothly as well as endeavour to improve on teachers’ welfare.
      4.    Every individual in the community particularly the wealth people should endeavour to contribute their own quotas in terms of funds to the schools so that school principals could be able to execute all the administrative activities perfectly and successfully.
