This showed that 25.9% of the total number of teachers attends training every year. Since there is low percentage of teachers’ involvement in training, it can be inferred that the level of teachers’ training among Kwara state basic school is very low.
In Ilorin-west, out of the total 3,291 primary school teachers, only 420 teachers attend staff training yearly. The government have stipulated number of teachers that they send to workshops, seminars, conferences or for higher education.  The percentage of 420 out of the total 3291 teachers in Ilorin-west is 12.8% which is below average, it is suffix to conclude that the level of staff training in Ilorin-west primary schools is considerably low.
