Research Hypothesis Three: There is no significant relationship between attendance of conferences and teachers’ effectiveness in Ilorin-west Local Government Area secondary schools, Kwara state.
Table 6 revealed that the p-value (0.000) is less than the level of significance of 0.05. Since the p-value is less than the level of significance, the hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between attendance of conferences and teachers’ effectiveness in Ilorin-west Local Government Area secondary schools, Kwara state is therefore rejected. Hence there is significant relationship between attendance of conferences and teachers’ effectiveness in Ilorin-west Local Government Area secondary schools, Kwara state.
Research Hypothesis Four: There is no significant relationship between attendance of workshops and teachers’ effectiveness in Ilorin-west Local Government Area secondary schools, Kwara state.
