The purposive sampling technique was used to deliberately pick the sample from the population.
In selecting respondents for the study, the purposive and convenience sampling methods was employed. According to Eggland and Gilley (2002), purposive sampling is subjects selected on the basis of specific characteristics or qualities and eliminate those who fail to meet those criteria. In order to reduce the incidence of error of the measurement in the study to it’sbearest minimum, the supervisor was given copies of questionnaire to fine-tune and approved before they were administered.
      Procedure for Data Collection
The researcher administered one hundred and twenty of the questionnaire to the respondents and the copies retrieved were analysed. The questionnaire were personally administered to respondents in all the selected secondary schools.
      Method of Data Analysis
The copies of the questionnaire were analysed to provide answers to the research questions. The simple percentage and frequency count was employed in analysing the data. This is on the basis of respondents’ on each questionnaire item.
