Anderson (1999) discovered that teachers who regularly monitor and supervise their students’ learning by checking students’ work and helping individual student to overcome errors and leaning difficulties are likely to have student who exhibit higher level of achievement Oni (1995) and Adeshina (1990) discovered that human resources played the important role in the teaching-learning situation than any other factor of production and that the quality of education hinges upon the quality of the educational system depends on the quality of teachers. Teacher are the limbs of the educational system.
