Research Design
The descriptive survey research design will be used for the study. This method is considered appropriate because it helps to describe records analyzed and interpret conditions as they exist
Population for the Study
The population for the study comprises of ten public secondary schools and all secondary schools teachers in Oke Ero Local Government Area in Kwara State.
They include the following names of the schools at various locations and of both
male and female teachers of various qualifications.  The total population for the ten
schools is One thousand four hundred (1400). The school includes
1.    Ayedun Muslim College, Ekan-Meje
2.    Anglican Grammar School, Ilale.
3.    Babalola Memorial Grammar School,(C.A.C) OdoOwa
4.    Fatimah Community College, Ekan-Meje.
5.    Government Secondary School, IdofinOdo-Ashe.
6.    Idofin High School, Idofin-Igbana.
7.    Iloffa Comprehensive High School, Iloffa.
8.    Iloffa Grammar School, Iloffa.
9.    Jaamat  Comprehensive High School, Odo-Owa.
10.    Orofa Comprehensive High School, Odo-Owa.
