The target population for the study comprised of all secondary schools teachers. However, due to the limited time and the resource sampling method were chosen. Out of the total population, the sample consist of one hundred secondary school teachers out of (100) one hundred teachers that will be randomly selected from ten secondary schools in Oke Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State.
Research Instrument
The questionnaire is basically divided into A and B section. ‘A’ deals with personal information of the respondents such as: age, sex, class. ‘B’ consists of eight questions in a structured manner. The respondents are to tick the appropriate column that state: SA (Strongly Agree)A(Agree) D (Disagree) SD (Strongly Disagree)
The respondents that will be used are Public Secondary schools principals and teachers in Oke Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State. The questions are designed in simple language while one hundred (100) copies will be printed for distribution among randomly selected secondary schools.
Validity of the Instrument
The questionnaire will be given to the researcher’s supervisor to make necessary corrections. The supervisor after making the necessary corrections and suggestions concerning questionnaire will finally approve it for public administration.
Reliability of the Instrument
Reliability of instrument connotes the degree of consistency on instrument what the purposed to measure. Being that the questions designed to enable the researcher gather information, such question were to a great extent consistent to the normal standard of the intended work. Statistics formulas were used by the researcher to ascertain the reliability of the instrument. It is the measure of internal consistency of the test.
Procedure for Data Collection
The principal and vice-principals of the school that will involve in the study will be contacted for permission to administer the questionnaire to students. The researcher will personally administer the questionnaire to the respondent (Principals and Teachers) and the respondents will fill as honestly as possible and the researcher will wait for the collection of the filled questionnaire with the assistance of the French teacher. The entire questionnaire will be filled and returned.
Method of Data Analysis
The completed questionnaire forms will be collected, coded and subsequently analyzed through descriptive statics of frequency distributions, non-parametric static of simple percentage will be used to uphold the specific hypothesis of the study. Percentages will be used to analyse the data collected. This will be done after collection of questionnaire from the respondents.
