RELIABILITY OF THE INSTRUMENT
A Reliable instrument can be trusted if repeatedly measure the required data consistently and precisely and precisely, Olasehinde (2002) the instrument was tested for reliability as used in this context is the level of stability of a measuring instrument on the specified period of time.
For this research, the reliability of the instrument was established after it has been administered to one hundred and fifteen (115) respondents twice the two set of scores obtained were correlation using person moment correlation technique.
PROCEDURE FOR DATA COLLECTION
The questionnaire would be personally distributed by the researcher in the various sample school this is important in order to avoid lost of questionnaire and to ensure that they are properly filled the respondent would be given sufficient time to supply relevance information.
PROCEDURE FOR DATA ANALYSIS
The descriptive statistic will be used to analysis the data collected these types of statistic procedure used to describe the statistic of population in counts, percentage and to answer the research question set and hypothese respectly.
