Research Question 3: What are the problems faced in decision-making in school?
It could be noted from table 4 that the respondents were of the opinion that many students do not perform well in the examination and many teachers do not cooperate with school authority with a mean score of 3.58 and 3.56 respectively.
Moreover, it was revealed that many students do not perform well in the examination with a mean score 3.60 on the other hand, the respondents opined that many teachers always absent themselves from school with a means score of 3.45.
On the final analysis, the grand mean score for problem faced the decision making process in school. With 2.50 as the bench mark, it means that the respondents are faced with diver problem in the school.
