Ho1: there is no significant difference between male and female principals decision making strategies and teacher effectiveness.
Table 5 : indicate that t (98)= 29,p=60. this means that the stated null hypothesis this was as result of the t-value of 29 resulting in 60 significant values which was greater than 0.05 alpha values. by implication, the stated null hypothesis was established thus:
There is no significant difference between male and female teachers decision making strategies and effectiveness
