Research Methodology
This chapter present the research method adopted for this study. It describes the procedure used for the study focusing on the research design, research question. Sample and sampling technique. Research instrument validity and reliability of the instruction procedure for data collection and method of data analysis.
Research Design
The research adopted a descriptive survey design of a Correctional type. It Sought to praise the prevailing situation which Centre an investigation into principal human relation strategies and teacher job performance of secondary school in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State. This research employed the use of primary and secondary methods. The primary methods involved the use of a well structured questionnaire in order to elicit information on the principal Human relation strategies and teachers job performance in secondary schools in Patigi Local Government from a representative sample of the Population. The population consisted of teachers’ job performance in Secondary schools in Patigi Local Government Area. The secondary Methods include the use of journals and other written documents {Published and unpublished}
Sample and Sampling Technique
The research is mainly to find out about principal human
relation strategies and teachers job performance of secondary schools in patigi local government area, Kwara state. for connivance and accessibility the researcher used ten schools out of twenty schools in patigi local government area. Representing 90.9%. The schools are Mixed school. 8 respondents were selected using stratified random Sampling techniques the respondents comprises of 1 principals vice Principal (Academic), vice principal administrative) and vice principal (special duties), HODs, and 4 teachers that have spent at least 5 years in The schools were selected to make 80 respondent for the study. The Essence of this stratified random sampling was to ensure even Converge of the area, and also to ensure what every school within the City has an equal chance of being selected. the ten schools that were picked for the research were:
