CHAPTER FOUR
Data Analysis and Discussion of Findings
This chapter deals with data analysis and discussion of findings. Two research questions were raised and answered while one main and four operational hypotheses were postulated earlier in chapter one were tested. Descriptive statistic of mean was used to answer the research questions while inferential statistic of Pearson product-moment correlation statistic was used to test all the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance as a standard region of decision of the hypotheses.
Answering Research Questions
Research Question 1: What is the principals’ human relation strategies mostly used in secondary schools in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State?
Table 1 showed the principals’ human relation strategies mostly used in secondary schools in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State. The results showed that communication strategy was the mostly used human relation strategies by the principal, while collaboration, motivation and safety were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
