Hypotheses Testing
One main and four operational hypotheses were postulated in the course of this study. They were tested using Pearson product-moment correlation statistic at 0.05 level of significance because they all death with relationship between two variables
Main Hypothesis
Ho: There is no significant relationship between principal’s human relation strategies and teachers’ job performance in secondary schools in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State.Table 3 show that the p-value (0.008) is less than the significance level (0.05) at 238 degree of freedom. Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between principal’s human relation strategies and teachers’ job performance in secondary schools in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State is rejected. It means that statistically significant relationship exists between principal’s human relation strategies and teachers’ job performance in secondary schools in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State.
