PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
This chapter focuses attention on the analysis and interpretation of data collected through the administered questionnaire. A total of 260 questionnaire were distributed to the sampled school on teachers development programme and school effectiveness in senior secondary schools in Kwara State and the administered questionnaire were completed and returned.
The analysis were done in two section, the first section presented the demographic analysis of the sampled respondents, while and hypotheses generated and tested.
It can be deducted the above that 40 respondent representing 15.4% of the staff sampled, were male while the remaining 220 representing 84.6% were female. This shows that there are more female than male in teachers development programme and school effectiveness in senior secondary school in Kwara State.
