
Table 3 shows that5 respondent representing 36.5% have spent 0-5 years in the teaching service, 55 respondent representing 21.2% have spent 6-5 years in the service, 54 respondent representing 20.8% were 11-15 years experience, 20 respondent representing 7.7% have spent 16-20 years and 36 respondent representing 13.8% have spent 21 years and above in the service.
This shows that teachers use to stay long with the firm, this may be due to the attitude of the government towards its workers.

The information in table 5 shows, that respondent representing 85% of the responses agreed that inservice training and improved teachers managerial skills through enhance teachers development programme and school effectiveness in senior secondary schools in Kwara state-while (15%) disagree with the statement.
