3.1 Introduction
The study was designed to investigate the impact of school records on the Administration and Management of Senior Secondary Schools in Ilorin South Local Government Area of Kwara State.

3.2 Research Design
The study adopted survey research method. This involves the selection of sample from the largest population and the use of questionnaire in ethicizing information and data for the study.
3.3 Population
The population of the study consist of all Teachers in Senior Secondary Schools in Ilorin south local Government Area of Kwara State.
3.4 Sample and Sampling Procedure
The sample of the study is made up of fifty teachers that were randomly selected from four senior secondary schools in Ilorin. South Local Government Area of Kwara State; thirty-six male teachers and fourteen female teachers were selected to make up fifty teachers.
