Table 9 shows that 71 (88.75%) of the respondents agreed that school employ qualified staff for records keeping in senior secondary schools, while 9(11.25%) disagree.
Table 10 shows that 77 (96.75%) of the respondent agreed that keeping of records make possible for the stability of all institution is important, while 3(,25%) disagree.
