Table 17 shows that 66(82.5%)of the respondent agreed that principals keep daily records of the school and staff under the principals control in senior secondary school while 14 (17.5%) do not agree.
Discussion of the Findings
The objective of this study had been to evaluate the impact of school records on the administration and management of senior secondary school in Ilorin south local government Area of Kwara State.
Table 1, for instance, shows that teacher are aware of the existence of these records; the teacher also considered adequate include records of student continuous assessment, staff strength, checking academic performance of individual, scheme of work, daily records of the school. These findings could be so because all these records are concerned with student’s academic activities in the classroom and school as a whole.
