Ho4: There is no significant relationship between teachers’ professional qualification and students’ academic performance in Ogbomoso South Local Government Area Secondary Schools, Oyo State
Table 9 shows that the calculated r-value of .211 is greater than the critical r- value of .195 at .05 level of significance for 148 degrees of freedom, the null hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between teachers’ professional qualification and students’ academic performance in Ogbomoso South Local Government Area Secondary Schools, Oyo State was rejected. This means that, there was significant relationship between teachers’ professional qualification and students’ academic performance in Ogbomoso South Local Government Area Secondary Schools, Oyo State. That is, teachers’ professional qualification has positive impact on the academic performance of students.
