A Critical Examination Of Air Pollution And Its Causes

This study was carried out to critically examines air pollution and its causes with a particular focus to Kwara State Water Cooperation; 7up Bottling Company, Lubcon Nigeria Limited. To achieve this ultimate goal, three research questions and one research hypothesis were formulated to guide this study. To achieve this objective, four research questions were formulated to guide the study. The data was collected from both primary and secondary sources. The primary data were collected with the help of a well-structured questionnaire of two sections administered to selected respondents in Kwara State Water Cooperation; 7up Bottling Company, Lubcon Nigeria Limited.
The collected data were analyzed with tables and descriptive statistics to analyses the research questions while t-test statistical method was used in testing the research hypothesis. The findings revealed that environmental pollution is a major challenge in Nigerian industries. The study concluded with some a law be promulgated to regulate the level of noise emanating from the individual since it is proved and also obvious that noise has adverse effects on hearing, sleep, degree of annoyances, speech communication, working efficiency, physiological and psychology hence, it is important to put noise under serious control. Moreover, existence of our life depends mostly and mainly on oxygen organ in the atmosphere saves our life.
