      The chapter deals with the presentation of data collected. Data collected were analysed using percentage and chi-square and presented below using table and pie chart.

      From the above Table 1, 330 (82.7%) questionnaires were returned out of the 399 (100%) sample size.

      In Table 2 above, out of 399 (100%) respondents, 210 (63.6%) were male while 120 (36.4%) were female.

      In Table 3 above, 17 (5.15%) of the respondents are civil servants, 75 (22.73%) are business men and women, 25 (7.58%) traders, 90 (27.27%) are artisans, 110 (33.33%) are students and 13 (4%) are classified as others.

       

      4.3 DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF RESEARCH QUESTIONS AND QUESTIONNAIRES

      4.3.1 RESPONDENTS VIEW ON AWARENESS OF ESTATE MANAGEMENT

      In the Table 4 below, 317 (96.06%) of the respondents understands the awareness as a general term, while the remaining 13 (3.94%) do not understand what it means to be aware.

      From the above findings, it is clear that citizens of Awka generally understand awareness.
