Hypothesis 3: There is no significant relationship between the availability of text books and students performance in geography.
The above hypothesis should be rejected, since the calculated value (17.13) is greater than the table value (16.919) at the significant level (0.05) of degree of freedom (9). This implies that there is significant relation ship between the availability of textbooks and students performance in geography.
Hypothesis 4: There is no significant relationship between instructional materials and students academic performance in geography.
Since the calculated value (29.6003) is greater than the table value (16.919). Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is no significant impact of instructional materials on students academic performance in geography should be rejected
