Each items of the questionnaire was examined for editing. The approved questionnaire by the supervisor as being adequate for the study was typed out and administered. Test-retest method of reliability was applied and the result was analyzed using pearson product moment correlation statistical method and reliability co-efficient of 0..67 (r) was gotten which is high enough and meaning that the instrument is reliable and can be used for the study.
Procedure for Data Collection
The research will visit each of the schools involved and with the help of vice-principal academics and geography teachers in the schools. Questionnaire would deliver in person to the students involved. They were demanded to complete the questionnaire and return same on the spot to avoid exchange of ideas, views and lost of the instrument.
Data Analysis Techniques
The data collected would be subjected to analysis using statistical package for the social science (SPSS) package of the computer unit. Therefore descriptive statistics of frequency count and percentages would be used to test the hypothesis. The result of which will be presented in chapter four.
