Research Hypothesis Four
There is no significant diffidence in the level of student readiness in schools with qualified geography teachers and school without qualified geography teachers.
Table 5 shows the calculated X2analysis of the respondents’ responses on the differences in the level of students readiness in schools with qualified geography teachers and school without qualified geography teachers. The table shows calculated X2 value of 28.67 which is greater than the table value of 21.026 at a degree of freedom of 12 at 0.05 level of significance. Hence, the significance difference exists in the respondents responses on the hypothesis which says that there is no significant difference in the level of students readiness in schools with qualified geography teachers and schools without qualified geography teachers; therefore the null hypothesis qualified was rejected. This implies that students level of readiness is more likely to be high and encouraging under schools with qualified geography teachers.
