Hypotheses Testing
The four null hypotheses formulated in the study were tested using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) statistical methods. All the hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance.
Hypotheses One:
There is no significant difference in the expression of the factor responsible for sexual abuse among male and female students of College of Education, Abeokuta.
Result of table 7 indicates that the calculated t-value of 0.44 is less than the critical t-value of 1.96. Therefore, hypotheses one which stated that there is no significant difference in the perception of the factors responsible for sexual abuse among male and female of College of Education, Abeokuta was accepted because no significant difference was found.
