    • Administration of the Instrument
The researcher personally carried out the administration of the instrument on the respondents (teachers) after necessary introduction and explanation of content on them while the other instrument (test) was administered through the assistance of the class teachers on the two groups (Experimental and Control) and a duration of one hour was given for them to complete the question items.
All instruments administered were collected back upon completion marked and collated for unward process while the score were entered in the proforma design for necessary comparison.
      Data Analysis
The descriptive statistics of frequency counts and simple percentage were used to describe the demographic information of respondents, Mean and standard deviation was used to answered the research questions while all hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance through the use of Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) statistics.
