Research Question Six:
What are the Headmasters’ settlement/resolution measures to manage teachers’ behavioural problems?
Table 6 shows responses on resolutive measures to manage teachers’ behavioural problems. An attempt to manage teachers’ misbehaviour in school may not be on preventive and arrestive measures alone, but situation where principals believed in minimizing or eradicating teachers’ misbehaviour by allowing teachers’ views on resolution to certain happens that cause teachers’ behavioural problems. A high percent respondents (65.6%) supported principal’s weakness to minimize or eradicate teachers’ behavioural problems.
