PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS OF DATA
This chapter contains the summaries of the analyses made on the data collected from the field. They were presented in tables to highlight the findings. The presentation was in sequential order starting with providing answers to the research questions and then the testing of the null hypotheses.
Research Question I
How effective is cognitive restructuring technique in reducing lateness among secondary school students?Table 2 shows that out of the 30 students who came late for 20 days before the treatment, 1 came late once for 9 days, 2 came late for 14 days, one for 15 days, 5 for 16 days,
5 for 17 days, 10 for 18 days, 5 for 19 days and one student for 20 days after receiving cognitive restructuring.
Also, 2 of the 30 students in the control group came late for 18 days, 3 for 19 days while 25 came late for 20 days.
