H02: There is no significant difference in the learning problems of deaf students who have literate parents.
The above table shows that the value (2.064) is less than the calculated value (3.315), hence the null hypothesis is not accepted.
This then means that there is substantial difference in the learning capabilities of dead students who parents are literate and those whose parents are illiterate.
H03: There is no significant difference in the learning problems of those who are deaf when young and those who are deaf at adult age.
In the table above, the null hypothesis is not accepted because the T-table (2.064) is less than the calculated t-value (2.841). Meaning that there is substantial difference in the learning abilities of those who become deaf at tender age and those who later become deaf at adult age.
