Table 2 shows that item 8 which stated that mistakes of other sibling can influence the child’s academic achievement is ranked 1st with a mean score of 3.3100. This implies that item 8 is the most influential factors influencing child’s academic achievement. It is followed by item 19 which stated that inability of the parents to meet the child’s needs can influence his/her academic performance. It is ranked 2nd with a mean score of 3.2850. Item 1 which stated that a child’s gender can influence his/her academic achievement in school is ranked 3rd with a mean score of 3.2300.
