    • and meaningfully and that my purpose is to use the family as my case study with the aim of helping them on how to solve their health problems.
          The husband of Mrs. “N” and entire community were very happy as they were informed of the visit and entire community promised to stayed at home on my next visits.
          I tried inquired if Mrs. “N” has gone back for medical review which she said “yes” has gone back.
      EVALUATION
      At the end of this visit, I made an achievement because not only the family, but the entire community were able to have a good report with me in which I encourage them to cleared their surroundings and protect  themselves against snakebite.
      SECOND VISIT ON THE 30TH AUGUST, 2017.
      OBJECTIVES:
      1.    To monitor the health status of Mrs. “N”
      2.    To also encourage the family on the need for environmental sanitation and personal hygiene.
      The second visit was on the 30th august, 2017 at 12: pm 2 weeks after her 1st visit which was 1 week after her discharge from the hospital.
