FIFTH VISIT ON THE 11TH OF OCTOBER 2017
      OBJECTIVE:
To observe the environment whether they still maintained environmental sanitation and bush clearing.
The visit was unscheduled as I went very early as earlier as 8:00am, the entire family were around except for Mr. “N” who was absent, I was told that his passengers car got spoiled in the bush which he had no option than to sleep where the car got spoiled - I discovered that there were positive changes in the behavior of the family. I demanded if they can allow me to inspect the entire compound, they welcomed my idea of inspection and I did the inspection and discovered that the instruction I gave them about environmental and personal hygiene were carried out especially the open refuse dumping and open defecation method, there was a positive behavior to health, they were also able to make a simple pit toilet I also talked to them about on my previous visit, I talked to them about the prevention of the killer disease of the under five children by immunizing them with the appropriate antigens e.g. Poliomyelitis, Diphtheria measles, Hepatitis, Yellow fever among others.
I also inspect how the rain boot and hand gloves were maintained to avoid causing disease that is; she should always wash and dry it whenever she returns from the farm. This is to keep it clean and dry and to avoid the offensive odor.
I discovered the instructions given to he about the use of the gadget were strictly followed, I also advice her to avoid late night and evening farm work.
The entire family appreciated my efforts and prayed God to give me long life and prosperity and also wishes me journey mercies back to my house.
