1.2 SIGNIFICANT OF THE SIUDY
Certainly the importance of this
project is for the benefit of the Enugu states housing development
corporations toward motivating as a management tool for increasing the
productivity of worker to the staff of the establishments. It is also to
expose the knowledge to the student who will be engage in the study of
