    • The project work focus on job satisfaction, a motivation factor for improving work output. The objective of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of job satisfaction been used by institutions, to ascertain the appropriate strategy planning for how the firm can practice job satisfaction. In order to come out with findings, the researchers used the simple random sampling technique to select the sample for the study from the population targeted which was administrative staff of Koforidua Polytechnic.

      Simple histograms, Bar charts, pie charts and tables were used to present the data collected. The researchers concluded that what literatures say about job satisfaction, a motivation factor for improving work output is actually pertaining on activities of the companies and institutions. It was recommended that management should provide more incentives to ensure job satisfaction.
