    • Validity of the instrument
          The validity of the instrument was established by the project supervisor, questionnaire prepared was given to him for the clarification of the items in the instrument, Corrections of some mistakes and vital suggestion were made by him.
          The instrument was subjected to both face validity to ensures that the instrument is valid based on its face value, while content validity ensured that the instrument had adequate coverage of the scope of the study. Both face and content validity were achieved by giving  some copies of questionnaires to the project supervisor and two other Lecturers in the Public Health department for their expert opinions and criticism which was used to gives final design to the instrument
      Reliability of Instrument
          The test and retest techniques were used to ascertain the reliability of the instruments. Then, the researcher proceeded to administer them to the target population.
      Procedure for data Collection
          A letter of introduction was obtained from the University of Ilorin (Institute of Education) Management to the Alangua of Sango for permission to carry out the research work and for maximum co-operation and assistance.
      Method of data analysis
      The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive and (SPSS) statistical packages for the social science, via tables, frequency and percentage etc.
