      From the table it can be seen that emplopyee with OND/NCE/HND/BSC account for 55% each while employees second degree (Master PGD) account 4 like 0% and additional professional qualification PhD professional account for 5% this implies the majority of the respondents who are employee are highly qualified and it whole that their contribution to the institution as will boost efficiency in addition to the institution as a whole will boost efficiency in the addition.
