    • TEXTBOOKS: These are data that have already been gathered for other purpose. They are collected frequently for administration purpose.
      SEMINAR PAPERS: These are results of or combination of papers delivered by professional on particular topic of discuses based on the outcome of a research.
      TECHNICAL BROCHURE: This is a book or journal that gives details information about the organization many facts are always extracted from it.
      QUESTIONNAIRE: These are questionnaires to be answered by a group of people in order to get facts or information for a survey.
      FIELD WORK: This is an academic work carried out by research in order to get the necessary information needed for the realization of this project.
      VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY
          According to Bold Harper (1983) validity means the characteristics used to describe research which measure what it claim to measure.
      RELIABILITY: In assuring dependability on the result of the research work such as this, it is necessary to reduce the presence of random errors which can lead to erroneous conclusions. Therefore, the essence of reliability test occurs. The term “Reliability” is used to refer to the degree of variable error in measurement i.e. the extents to which a measurement is free of variable errors. This is reflected when repeated measure of the same stable characteristics in the same objects show variances.
          Moreover, reliability test is a process in research work which permits the researcher to re-test the questions listed on the questionnaire in order to know if question are capable of generating he same or consistent answer from the respondents such that if another researcher set out to carry out the same researcher he will arrive at the same result.
      3.3    SOURCES OF DATA COLLECTION
          The sources of data collection are mainly from primary and secondary source.
      THE PRIMARY SOURCE: It can be defined or exposed as data collected for a specific purpose such data are known as personal study the impact of efficient environments data recollection of fact and figures relating to the population of census provided in the primary or personal data. This main aspect of the source are personal interview, oral discussion and use of questionnaire. It is the most reliable source of information interview was held with the production manager to know best he make uses of his subordinates.
      THE SECONDARY SOURCE: This is the type of data collected for some other purpose usually for administratively reasons on purpose such data are collected from textbook, company journals, magazine, business time etc. it must be used with caution, such data may not be the suitable from, great attention must be paid to the precise courage at all information in the form of secondary data.
          Data were also gathered from the sales reports festive publication the research and development section of the organization to enrich the research work.
