    • 3.5    VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY
          The validity of measurement has being defined as the extent to which the measurement process it free from the systematic and characteristics used to describe researchers, which measure what is claimed to measure the attitude, is measured a number of times. This implies that a research methodology can be said to be reliable when it produces the same result after repeatedly used.
          Faulty questionnaire over some sample, which is no representative of the population, can vendor (direct) the information collected unreliable.
      3.6    STATISTICAL TECHNIQUE USED
          The statistical technique used for the study involves the chi-square x2 that will be used in testing the hypothesis concerning the difference between the observed frequencies of the sample taken and a set of expected.
          The formula for chi-square is given thus

      When    ∑    = summation
              Eo    = observe frequency
              Ei    = expected frequency
