    • This study was carried out to examine the impact of customer service on small and medium scale business using De-Choice Fast Foods, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. To achieve this objective, four research questions were stated to guide this study. The survey research design was adopted for the study. The findings revealed that customer service affects customer satisfaction in the achiever inter business; there are barriers to customer service provision by customer service staff of achiever inters business; customer service impacts customer loyalty at achiever inter business and there are other customer service activities, customers regard as satisfactory in achiever inter business.

      The study concluded with some recommendations that though maximum customers are satisfied with the services provided by De-Choice Fast Foods, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, the percentages of highly satisfied customers are less. So De-Choice Fast Foods, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State should try to improve services provided by them by giving personal attention to customers.
