      DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPONENT PARTS AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
      2.1 Description of Components Parts
          This comprises of the main body itself i.e the part and the equipment used in constructing the pop corn machine.
          Four legs -: this serve as lifting mechanism
         Sitting portion of the pot
          Aluminium pot-: this is the uppermost of  the pot that is accommodating the com-steering
          Element:this is caled electric burner.
         Support pipe, steering pot and the stirrer
      2.2 Body frame work
          Mild steel of a certain length was measured and marked to give the length and breadth of housing which was 406mm and height of 357mm and the leg is also marked off to be 1.5 mm which are typically of four types.
          The tools used were steel rule, hammer guillotine machine and engineering vice
          The different cut-out parts were now assembled together according to how they would be joined and welded
          The upper parts of the mild steel cut was marked off suit the diameter of the element (electrical burner).
      And this rod is welded across the diameter of cut-off part to enable it to hold the electric burner and to prevent it from falling
          Tools used was chisel, electrode, goggle hack saw, hammer and arc welding machine, tools and screw driver.
          The front view was chosen from the cut off mild steel, from the front view, the position of the switch was marked off and cut. We make use of engineering vice.
          Side view was also chosen from the marked mild steel and its design to have a semi arc on top to facilitate easy carriage to the housing when cooled.
      Tools used anvil, steel rule and scriber.
          All different part were arranged in a single form by rivet pipe and there was necessity for the placement of the aluminum pot on the housing and that bar was bent to suit the diameter of the mechanism serves as lift for the pot easy discharge of the pop corn.
          The element was placed on its position, the electronic cable and the switch were also connected, ensuring that the connection were in right order to avoid short circuit.
      FABRICATION DETAILS
      2.3 Materials selection
      The selection of material should be based depending on the properties of particular material to be used, in relative to the purpose, such material would serve in the fabrication
      In order to achieve good, standard and quality product, the selection of material for any fabrication and production of anything must be done at the best for the durability of such material selected.
           Steel metals constitutes the material which is being used for engineering works of different shapes and sizes such steels are
          Cast iron
          High carbon steel
          Medium carbon steel of different grades
