    • CHAPTER THREE
      3.1 Assembly
Assembly is a way of fussing or coupling split parts together to become whole.
Assembly procedure of this project goes thus: - After work has been completed on the source of heat supply (electric burner). The aluminum pot, the pot was designed on where to sit which is bolted i.e couple together with the electric burner for its operation.
The means of assembling by bolting or riveting makes it more turn to both pot and sources of heat. The container of semi-circle shape where the pop-corn is couple along the side of the pop-corn machine.
      FINISHING
A piece of cloth was used to remove unwanted dirt possible on the surface of the parts assembled.
The riveted and welded joints are filled to smoothen the surfaces and wards the project was sprayed and painted finally.
The stages on the welded joint are cheeped.
3.2     Operation Sequence Control of the Pop-corn Machine.
The various part of the machine performs different operation to achieve the end product of the machine.
          The parts are: -
      3.2.1 The Aluminum Pot
The aluminum pot accommodates the com to be popped; this is the mechanism that ensures that there is no wastage in packing the com to be popped and the stirring operation.
      3.2.2 Lifting Mechanism
This is the mechanism that ensured that there is no wastage in packing the com (Popped), despite its high temperature hotness.
      3.2.3    The Stirring Mechanism
It is through the extension of this part outside the pot that ensures smooth and safe stirining at the pop-corn. It is a handled insulated at the end of it (wood or rubber can be used as a means of insulator).
      3.2.4    Principles of Operation
Firstly, pour 4-5 tea spoonful of vegetable oil into the aluminum pot with the electric burner switched on so as to supply heat to the pot.
Pour the com which should not be added more than 2-3 tea spoonful of sugar to it.
Allow the mixture to mix properly together for about 3-5 minutes after which you added 2 full mille-tin of sugar to the mixture.
Cover up the pot for about 3 minutes, stir the whole properly with the aid of the stirring rod for about 5 minutes.
At about 4-5minutes, the com would have been properly popped. Lift the pot with the aid of lever on the body of the sources of heat. These enables easy discharge of the popped corn which is then fit for consumption. The process can be repeated as many time as possible but the machine should be properly maintained.

CHAPTER FIVE - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]CHAPTER FIVECONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS5.1     Conclusion     After testing the machine, we discovered that we are able to pop higher amount of popped coin due to the fact that pot is bigger than the previous ones constructed.     Stirrer touches all the botton part of the pot     A detachable container is constructed so as to reduce the wastage of pop-corn when transferring from pot to the containers. Also my conclusions give me the room for production of high demand of pop-corn ... Continue reading---
