      4.1    Precautions
      Accident can be defined as an unexpected, unplanned and unpredicted event, which could cause loss of life, damage of properties and stoppage of work
      Safety can also be defined as freedom from accident.
      The following precaution are put in place when operating the machine.
          Touching of hot pot during processing is not advisable
          Line wire must not be touched with unprotected hands.
          Broken glasses and frame should be properly disposed.
      4.2    Theory of Design and Analysis
      The diameters of the machine are as follows:
      Length of frame => 510mm
      Length of Base => 510
      Diameter of bigger pot => 50mm
      Diameter of smaller pot => 45mm
      Height of frame =>710mm
      Volume = L x B x H
          V = 184671000
      HEAT TRANSFER CONSTRUCTION
      This is the method of heat transfer by which heat energy moves from a region of highest concentration of heat to that of lower concentration while the material for body in question remain at fixed point. Most metals allow heat energy to pass through them and are said to be good conductor of heat . Non metals such as woods cotton, paper and cock do not allow heat to pass through them, this ones are classified as good condition they differ in their ability to conduct heat. In order words, they need material medium for their propagation.

      CHAPTER THREE - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]CHAPTER THREE3.1 Assembly    Assembly is a way of fussing or coupling split parts together to become whole.    Assembly procedure of this project goes thus: - After work has been completed on the source of heat supply (electric burner). The aluminum pot, the pot was designed on where to sit which is bolted i.e couple together with the electric burner for its operation.    The means of assembling by bolting or riveting makes it more turn to both pot and sources of heat. The container of ... Continue reading---

      CHAPTER FIVE - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]CHAPTER FIVECONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS5.1     Conclusion     After testing the machine, we discovered that we are able to pop higher amount of popped coin due to the fact that pot is bigger than the previous ones constructed.     Stirrer touches all the botton part of the pot     A detachable container is constructed so as to reduce the wastage of pop-corn when transferring from pot to the containers. Also my conclusions give me the room for production of high demand of pop-corn ... Continue reading---
