3.0 METHODOLOGY PREVIEW
This section describes the investigative focus, research methodology and specific methods used in this project. The methodology used was a mixed methods research frame work encompassing both quantitative and qualitative method and measure.
The object of study was a ten week course of virtual world bulling and conversation activities was on experienced by the student involved in these activities and the supervisors. This section also explains the designs and construction of the course as well as describing the measure which were used to provide informational perspectives towards gaining an understanding of it.
The focus of this study was to understand a particular group of individual engaged in a set of specific activities. Therefore, from a research perspective, this study takes the general form of a case study.
