      6.0 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
      6.1 CONCLUSION
The project fabrication of metal panel door was embarked upon to solve the problem of short lifespan of door also to update the design of door which serves as an entrance to a building.
It was taken into consideration, metal door or metal panel door is an indispensable types of door, this is because this types of door is made of metal which passes/ exhibit some certain properties such as mechanical properties which include plasticity, hardness, malleability, ductility rigidity e.t.c. and physical properties which includes: thermal, melting point, conductivities e.t.c. that makes it resistance to some vicinity or environmental attack such as water, temperature, termite, humidity, harm than and external forces  i.e. push and pull forces which causes deformation of shapes and structure of the door after short period of time.
Apart from it gives maximum security to lives and properties, metal door play a wider /crucial role in having advantages over wood and glass doors. It gives effective means of giving house maximum security and is a modernized method of constructing a door.
Furthermore, it was discovered that doors made with wood do not last long and cannot withstand engineering stress {Eyiowukawi S.o  [2012]}”fabrication of metal panel door” ND project report submitted to department of mechanical engineering, Kwara state polytechnic ICS, Ilorin  unpublished). Metal panel door is strong enough to withstand engineering stress.
Meanwhile this particular or perfect was constructed with metal. The design is genie unique and there is even the addition of lens to the design.
It is belief that, the present works had solved the above mentioned problems and also add beauty to doors i.e. It serves as ornamental to the building. Metal door had assisted and lower cost which is to be made for replacement of door in terms of shrinking effects of the doors during the winter period and reduce the strain effect on the door to constant push & pull forces. In spite of the laudable function of the metal door, it is quite necessary to give adequate maintenance to the door by repainting the door whenever to original paint is fading off, and when the door is about to not due to constant contact with damp floor or surface.
Finally, the experience gained by the student during the fabrication of this projects, student can now embarked on it and decide to fabricate it in mass quality which can also serves as source of income to him/her it also reduce of unemployment in our society region and our country because when looking at Nigeria as a country in this days it is cleared to everyone that the economics of this country is depreciating it is falling and not rising so this project when putting it into practice can banish unemployment and give room to employing of workers ( By Olaiya Metal Work (2016)
      6.2 RECOMMENDATION
The wealth of any society is determined by the variety and quality of the articles it posses for it use and consumption. All the material things we posses are made from the earth or from nature. Meanwhile our prosperity depends upon on our ability to convert these raw materials into useful articles of consumption. Prior to this I will want to recommend that serious attention should be give to engineering. This will go a long way in adding value to the wealth of our society.
Furthermore, student of engineering should be gives deep knowledge of the machine in the work shop most especially the ND students. It is believer that, this will give them the preamble knowledge and skills needed by the time they come back HND. For student to continue playing a major role in the fabrication process, then it is virtually important to motivate and encourage students more on how to use modern equipment/materials for fabrication. The student should try to devote their time on workshop for practical works which will improve the student educational skill on fabrication process.
Appropriate knowledge and practical work should be impact to student in design and fabrication of projects should be made available in abundant and be in good conditional to reduce the fatigue of the student during fabrication process ( Engineer Amusa (T.A) 2015 SIWES coordinator lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Ilorin (LNRBDA) the supervisor should make sure all students participate because it bridge the gap between theory been done in class and also improve the practical knowledge  of student (Orinsabinone,Toba Joh, Awosile and Shola John fabrication of metal doors ND project report submitted to department of mechanical engineering, Kwara state polytechnics, Ilorin ( unpublished ).

CHAPTER ONE - [ Total Page(s): 2 ]CHAPTER ONE1.0    INTRODUCTIONMany years ago, different types of doors were in use, which includes doors made of woods or grasses. These doors were made to meet the purpose of security to both life and properties. It was later discovered that doors made of wood do not last longer. They have short life span and they can easily get burnt. More so, considering the rate at which armed robbers break into houses in our society, one would regret that wooden doors and grass doors gave them the chance ... Continue reading---
