Table 4.4: Shows duration of usage with biochemical parameters (liver function test, renal function test and trace metals) in heavy cosmetic users only. The data depicts a positive correlation (0.022) between copper and zinc. Also the data shows a negative correlation between, urea, potassium and duration of use (-0.014 and -0.022) respectively. However, the data shows no correlation between total protein, Albumin, Alanine Transaminase, Aspartate Transaminase, creatinine, sodium and duration of use.
Also correlation of rate of consumption with biochemical parameters (liver, renal and trace metals in heavy cosmetic users. The data depicts a positive correlation (0.013 and 0.028) between Alanine Transaminase, urea and rate of consumption and also the data shows a negative correlation between total protein, Albumin and the rate of consumption (-0.027 and -0.241) respectively. However, data shows no correlation between alkaline phosphatase, Aspartate Transaminase, creatinine, sodium, potassium, zinc, copper and rate of consumption.
